Knowing how much time you spend at specific tasks and processes while working at your computer is of the utmost importance to be able to deliver projects in time. Tools that deliver such information in an efficient and elegant way are scarce, and Kiply is one of them. The program organizes information in neat and clear “cards” that you can define yourself, providing you with useful information about the time spent at Office tools, Internet browsers, social networks, or e-mail clients, to name a few.
To measure your day-to-day activities, Kiply comes with a set of default cards to help you monitor the time you spend at certain activities, allowing you to decide whether you’re using your time in the most efficient manner. Time is measured in hours, minutes and seconds, and you can refresh it as many times as you need. New cards can be defined according to four categories – simple cards that measure the time devoted to a specific category; term cards to monitor the time spent between two dates; goal cards that measure your progress in relation to the amount of hours set for a task, and project cards combining term and goal cards to help you verify if your overall project is moving forward according to plan. Each of these cards provides you with both overall information about the time spent and with detailed information about which apps you used and how much time you spent on each of them. more
